The customer journey consists of several phases. First, the lead enters the awareness phase. In this phase, the lead becomes acquainted with your product and is therefore not yet familiar with it. The next phase is consideration. In this phase, the customer considers whether to potentially purchase the product. Finally, the customer moves on to the decision phase, in which an actual purchase is made.
