About us
We create impactful visual content: from 2D and 3D animations to hologram and AI animations, interactive videos, corporate films, employer branding films and social content. With a multidisciplinary team of creative professionals, we bring stories to life for a diverse range of clients.

The role
As Project Manager Film, Animation & AI you are the linchpin within our productions. You are responsible for planning, organising and coordinating a wide variety of creative projects. You work together with animator colleagues, clients and voice-over artists, amongst others, to deliver every project successfully and within the agreed deadlines and budgets.

What will you be doing?

• You are the communication link between the client, the creative team and other stakeholders
• You draw up schedules for animation projects, or shot lists and call sheets for film projects
• You coordinate the work between all parties involved (such as animators, editors and voice-over artists)
• You write scripts and contribute to creative concepts, aligning these with the client
• You brief the animators, voice-over artists and editors
• You monitor the progress, budget and planning of projects
• You identify risks and resolve any bottlenecks that arise

Who are we looking for?

You are a proactive organiser with a passion for creativity. You switch effortlessly between client and team and remain calm under pressure. You think in solutions and keep the overview, no matter how complex the project.

What you bring:

• At least 2 years' experience as a project manager in film, animation or media
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• The ability to motivate teams and keep deadlines on track
• Creative input and a feel for visuals and storytelling
• Experience with scriptwriting is a bonus
