How do you write a video script?
For a good script, it is important to know who will bevideowatching your video and what the purpose of it is. The answers to these two questions form the basis of your script.
Once you have answered these basic questions, it is best to make a start and simply get writing. It is often useful to jot down a few key words and/or characteristics that you want to feature in the script. Once you have a draft, it is mostly a matter of cutting until you are left with a concise and punchy script. Try to use an active style when writing. Avoid past and perfect tenses in your sentences. Draw inspiration from other writers, new AI tools such as ChatGPT and YouTube videos, and let your creativity run wild. You can always cut later!
