About us
we make impactful visual content: from 2D and 3D animations to holograms and AI animations, interactive videos, corporate films, employer branding films and social content. With a multidisciplinary team of creative professionals we bring stories to life for a variety of customers.

The role
as Project Manager Film, Animation & AI is the pivot within our productions. You are responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating various creative projects. You work together with, among others, Animator colleagues, customers and voice-overs to achieve every project successfully and within the set deadlines and budgets.

What are you going to do?

• You are the communication switch between customer, creative team and other stakeholders
• You prepare schedules for animation projects, or shotlists and callsheets film projects
• You coordinate the work between all parties involved (such as animators, editors, voice-overs)
• You write scripts and you think about creative concepts and coordinate them with the customer
• You brief the animators, voice-overs and editors
• You monitor the progress, budget and planning of projects
• You identify risks and solve any bottlenecks

Who are we looking for?

You are a proactive organizer with a passion for creation. You effortlessly switch between customer and team and you stay calm under time pressure. You think in solutions and keep the overview, no matter how complex the project is.

You bring:

• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager in film, animation or media
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to motivate teams and to monitor deadlines
• Creative input and sense of image and storytelling
• Experience with scriptwriting is an advantage
